I just got this in a Direwind fight last night. What's the difference between this and ranks one and three?

I have yet to hand it in 'cause I can't seem to find a noticable benefit to the higher rank. Can anyone lend an explanation?

1: Reaction Radius(12/75)


Rank 1 reduces the reaction radius to 15. This one reduces it to 12, and Rk3 reduces it to 10. The differences only matter when mobs are pretty much stacked on top of eachother.
