The values are transposed. Should be scaling from 31-41

Spell: Elemental Armor costs 26 plat 0 gold 2 silver 8 copper sold by Ghul Rustem on the dock in South Qeynos (buyer level 2 human female monk with 143 charisma) I have verified its location on this vendor 4 times in the last two weeks and we had a large patch that reset everything on vendors during that same two weeks... I have sold this in the bazaar for 50 plat.

This spell is bugged! The fire resist should be in slot 1, just like Elemental Shield. With FR in slot 4, it will overwrite Elemental Shield with the Cold resist, and O'Keils Levity with the Fire Resist.

I hope they correct this soon...

The spell is supposed to overwrite lesser similar spells....eg, elemental shield and O'Keils Levity.
