I believe you can find this song in Katta Castellum. If I remember correctly it's sold in the shop called Starlight Music, at approx. loc 550, -250 (marked 1 in the eqatlas map : http://www.eqatlas.com/luclin/kattacastellummap.html ).
I think vendors name could be Maria Whispersong but I could be wrong.
Getting to Katta Castellum used to be quite fun as you had to run through a few 30+ zones to get there, but now with the new wizard and druid port spells, you can get ported into Twilight Sea which is only one zone away.
