to anser any question what so ever about your pets inventory..do what did.frustrated at the motley crew of answers i got i came up with an expiriment tha couldnt fail...
!st of all id advise you to just take my word for this because it took forever and cost a ******** of plat but anyway this will prove to #1 every mage pet have the exact same invetory that you do range and charm included and #2 that i have way to much free time.
#1. summon apet make sure that it is unfocused and doesnt have a natural ds
#2. go to an area where you can sort of control you pulls and the lv range of the mob
Dragon Scale Hills good because there are areas whee there are mobs that can
take a few hits and spawn in large numbers..
#3. look at your inventory. write down on a piece of paper a line beside evey single slot
you have. to save you some time we have 21-we also have a power soure slot but ive
not found a way to add this to my formula yet.
#4. next go to the bazzar and purchase an item for every single slot that has a damage sheild
slot + mod on it. ive done it so i know for a fact that every slot can have this mod
#5. on each line of your sheet you have 1 head (then add the ds mod to the line) DS +2 then
2 face DS +3
#6. next go to your hunting ground and cast your lowest lv ds on your pet let him kill 3 mobs
watch the text. in dark blue it will say jober hit a doomscale beelte for 35 non-mellee
damage that will be your ds. allow him to make at least 2 kills to conform the ds
#7. hand him one item from line one . face DS mod +3.pull mob
#8 as u will see the non-mellee will be +3 higher after each kill add the next line item to
confirm the ds rate coisides with the mod rate you added
#8 as you cotinue youll find that range slot charm both wrist and both ears will increase the
pets damage sheild
this was a long and platinum sucking experience but it worked. I choose damage-shield
because it was immediatly visible and takes little to no calculating

I had one drop in the camp of Whatever legion right outside of AG off a random drakkin model mob
Being an Enchanter, I've never really paid that much attention to my pet. No matter what buffs/gear he's got on him, he's going down faster than a $5 ***** at a salesman's convention.
However...being the OCD-afflicted individual that I am, I've always bothered the Mages in my Guild to provide me with a full set of the latest armor/weapons and Foci gear for my pet.
Do you really mean to say that pets only have ONE Wrist slot? That I've been tossing that Eidolon Plate Bracer and giving him the two Aenda bracers, one of which was simply destroyed by the pet? Gaaaah...
Man, Yildiien's gonna kill me for making him summon that extra bag of Eidolon armor so many times, just so my silly pet can have a matching set of Bracers when he was only using one to begin with...

You sure about that? Mages I've been talking to say that pets (at least the summoned ones) only have one Wrist slot. This has been so since the early days of EQ, and is the reason why the set of Eidolon armor summoned by "Summon: Plate of the Elements" includes only ONE Bracer.
If anyone can definitively confirm or deny this, I'd be more than happy to hear it settled once and for all.

Yes our pets do have 2 wrists. The reason that the armor spell only summons 1 bracer is that the focus effect bracer goes on the other wrist. And if you are one of the stupid mages that have never given your pet the focus jewelry, try summoning it and inspecting real fast. Each piece gives 135 Hp/mana/End, 10 to all stats and 8 to all resists. So for all 6 pieces that is 810HP/Mana/End, 60 to all stats and 48 to resists. And of course the lvl 76 spell is even better. Don't count out these great items when you arm a pet

Easy enough to test and see if you're correct or just perpetuating yet one more piece of misinformation. Find someone to duel.
1. Summon pet
2. Nuke pet - note % of hp bar drop
3. Med pet to full
4. Give pet a wrist item with as much hp as you can
5. Nuke pet - note % of hp bar drop (should be a difference)
6. Med pet to full
7. Give pet a second wrist item
8. Nuke pet - note % of hp bar drop
The second and third nukes will produce the same hp bar change, proving that it's only benefitting from one of the two items - whichever has the highest AC, regardless of which you gave it first.

Ummm... it's BRACERS... not Bracer... if you could equip, it would show up as 2 on your toon. Pets have 2 wrist same as players. Just FYI.

Pets do indeed have 2 wrist slots.
In fact, our lvl 38 spell Summon Phantom Plate summons 2 wrists. Not sure why this wasn't maintained in later spells.

Looks to me that except for the belt Summon Aenda's Trinkets are alot better. Any Mob you need the shilding and avoidance for you should be in group or raid and dont need. Besides the AGI,HP,MANA,& ENDRANCE on Aenda's are more helpfull in group or if u solo, But the belt rocks hehe. :+))

Got mine from a direwind carrionmancer in the direwind cliffs at the undead camp. Mob also droped Malosinise rk II so i was a very happy camper.

why well if you ever take and put plate on a summoned pet even one that has been focused by item ... you will see a noticable diff in ac of pet not to metion all of this gear has hps on it so put it all on and you have couple extra hundred hps,,,, and there is a new belt in this bag with 850 hps.... so you will see a diff..... its worth it...

confrimed it drops in Valdeholm of trash , most likely in ahsn gate as well . but valdeholm for shure

ive been told all but the "harry potter wand" are only droppable spells. ive seen Bolt of Molten Slag rank 2, Malosinise rank 2, and Prime Shielding rank 2 drop off the gnolls in Direwind at the Boneyard camp. i have recently gotten Summon Elemental Armaments in Steppes off giants.

If I'm guessing correctly (and right now, there's specific information in the spell description), I'd say that this is going to summon a bag filled with armor that has some stats other than just AC. Here's to hoping! ^_^

Every piece in the bag has improved AC over the last set of armor, nearly 40 levels old. All of the armor gives additional HP as well, and the new summoned belt is included in the bag, with 15 AC, 30 STR/STA/DEX/AGI and 850 HP. I don't remember if it's the belt or breastplate that has it, but one item in the bag grants Shielding and Spell Shielding 2%. The legs also grant Shielding 1%.
The bag contains one breastplate, arm piece, leg piece, wrist piece, belt, helm, boots, and gauntlets. Having to summon a whole extra bag just to get the wrist piece is kind of irritating, but I can always just throw on a Focus wrist piece instead if I don't want to have to hunt down a second caster.

Also because the old summoned armor is player usable. Ive seen newbies in the plate. It looks red.

cause sony finally decided to put the belt in with teh rest of the armor and get rid of the other useless bracer that the pet was never using before, lol.
