This seems to be the upgrade to the Uproar/Mayhem line. Yes its low dmg absorption, but note the lack of spell component. Also keep in mind it stacks with the other targettable runes...

This spell is nearly worthless. Not worth the spell gem usually, low duration, and ridiculously stupid dmg absorption. Only thing it WOULD be useful for is on lower-level toons while PLing, but since that level is capped at 61, it's also worthless for that.
Even level 61 mobs hit for about 662 per swing, then multiply by three or four. I only use it right before a raid while I'm still in OOC regen, stack this, draconic, and polychromatic rune up for aoes and regen ooc to 100%, then load ellowind and just stack ellowind/draconic.
At level 74, mobs quad for 1568. You tell me how useful this piece of junk is gonna be, realistically.

This spell has become a part of my In Battle spell line up. It's not a lot of damage absortion, but I'll take anything and everything I can get.
