Did they forget to add this spell for research?

I attempted to make the spell with all the same inks(monkey, marr, zek, innoruuk, and pain), with ink additive of the nameless, invirgorating thickener, quill of the feral lord, and lastly Runic Paper. Those were the pieces that were used with the last two pet proc's and with the exception of the paper for the appropriate level. This errored out with "you cannot combine these items in this container type"
