Got this yesterday off of trash mobs in Valdeholm outside the Arena, at the Jotik the Guardian camp. Trash mobs include: Lorekeeper of arts, Lorekeeper of rituals, master tracker, a valdeholm citizen, a sergeant, a captain of the guard.
Got about 8 level 73 spells/songs, but no tomes for melee. Was there about 8 hours.
This little beauty double-dropped on one mob. It was about every 3 cycles that a mob had spells.
