2 differences, one is resists, fire or poison. The other difference, and this is a biggy, the other spell does not exist in game. It is a spell on beta for the new expansion that was accidently released in a patch before beta came out. nobody has it, but somehow lucy picked it up. Every class has 2-3 spells that weren't there prior to the oops patch.
