Raid of course, Kalim'Kar the Gold does what Anguus says in his post. Highest unresistable "malo" a shaman can get I believe.

This spell is not able to be gotten from Kalim 'Kar the Gold in Ashengate. When I handed him the Glowing Obsidian Rune, he handed it back and said "I'm afraid I have nothing else to teach you Borena. Your arcane intellect exceeds my own."

How else can we get this spell?
