That's weak, they give us a Lvl 73 nuke...3k dmg...1/2 a second cast time...AND -20 poison resist...but lvl 74....1.5kdmg....5.5 second cast time...and 0 resist check...just because its ice based? makes no sense

The Poison DD has a 12sec recast timer. This spell is best used while the poison dd is on cooldown.

I agree.Used it 2 times (resisted both times) and put it back in the spell book.With the long cast time on this i will probably only use this on cold only mobs.
