I would just like to put out there one more time that this is the first Greater Rune turn in for enchanters, not the Circle of Alendar which is posted on the OoW Spell order listing. Much to my surprise and enjoyment.
As for the Resist rate, I am not sure if there have been any "fixes" to this or maybe it is just because I havent taken this to RS yet but I have mezzed around 100 mobs(even con and lower) with this and I have not been resisted. Of course some of the higher level mobs I would Tash first but I haven't noticed any resist problems...yet. Just my 2cp.
