This spell is the effect of an Enchanter AA ability. When struck, the Enchanter's buff has a chance of recoiling on the attacker with Bedazzlement Effect, which attempts to mez the attacker. (Is this chance of response 100%?)
To answer the first post, this is here, even though its an AA, because all AA's that use spells are spells. Why it showed up as a level 70 Chanter spell, I'm not sure, guessing its a bug in this site.

this is a SPELL it has absolutely nothing to do with AA, I tested it in BETA

Actually, it's here because it's being tested right now. And now that I've read it, I'm hoping becomes one of our spells. There are some differences, I've noticed, that makes this spell better. For one thing, the proc is a mezz, not a stun. For another, the proc for the spell is capped at level 73, rather than 70, like the Enchanter AA.
