It is now Oct. 16th 2002. Wondering if anyone has an update on haste items. I know there are a ton of new items, o would be nice to have that listed. Ilia if your out there :)

Dark Cloak of the Sky has 50% haste on it. It is not an innate haste, it is clickable buff and therefore will stack with other hastes as well. (up to 91% haste)

with the discription of 2%-50% on the flowing black sash. whouldnt depend on the level of who is checking it? and not at the 21% thats in your list...
