Improved Bestial Frenzy
Each rank in this ability improves your chance of performing a double attack in any given combat round.
It definitely helps. It makes you hit a lot more often and definitely increases your DPS. It's able to be maxed out at a minimum level of 70 as of today (6/15/09)
