To those who come here looking,
Don't make the mistake I made and assume these AAs are inconsequential. I have gone many levels without getting any more than the first three ranks of the regeneration AAs because I was of the mindset that the sum was greater than the whole. What I mean by this is that looking at the AAs, especially at mid-higher levels, the total of the regen increase doesn't seem like much. It is. No, it's no huge heal each tick, but the difference really adds up, especially over the course of a day of playing. I would have to dig through my AAs to list the total of all the regeneration AAs, but I don't think that is neccessary for this post. Suffice it to say that if I had all of them I would be regenerating about 500-750 more hp a minute. Again, it doesn't sound like much, but it does matter.
With that said, I will caution against taking these as rapidly as possible. They actually don't matter as much at lower levels (lower meaning when you can begin getting AAs) since the introduction of the defiant gear. However, don't put them off for too long. I would say get all that you can by level 65 or so, and then stay up to date on them. But place the defensive AAs (combat stability/Agility) and run speed, and some offensive ones (whatever the goodies are for your class) first, since those are really what will define your play style and your class.
