Innate Run Speed
This passive ability increases your base run speed by 8%. This modification does not stack with movement rate spell effects. Requirements: Level 51, No previous ability requirements. (SoL 3 ranks 1-1-1). Run Speed %'s are different for certain classes at certain ranks.

Run 5 is also available at 61, and it costs 5 AAs. It is well worth it.

Innate Run Speed has five levels now. First three levels cost 1 point and can be obtained at level 51. The fourth level costs 3 points and cannot be obtained until level 61. Haven't hit 61 yet, so not sure of cost or level requirement for the fifth and final level.

Since no one has posted anything I'll describe it:
This does not stack with SOW and I believe each point you pump into it you recieve 10% boost. 3 points (30%) being your max. I believe this speed is just under Jboots and according to almost Every tank this will save your butt many a time.

I don't notice *any* change between jboots and innate run 3...it must be different by maybe a second or two.

Fabled Jboots innate run speed 5. Same as run 5.
Good for low level alts.
