Technique of Master Wu

Under the tutelage of Wu, Monks are able to hone their skills to the point of being able to execute a second and sometimes even third strike when scoring a hit with their special attacks. This ability grants a 20 percent increase in the chance of scoring multiple special attacks, per rank.

Remember those old skills Kick, Round Kick, and Eagle Strike that you never use any more because you're using Flying Kick instead? Well, the bonus attacks granted by this AA line use those skills. So if your skills are woefully below the caps (which currently seem to be 275 for most special attacks, but Kick can go quite a bit higher and the cap increases with level), then buy just one rank of this AA at first. You'll get bonus attacks 20% of the time when you use Flying Kick, and you'll see a steady trickle of skillups on those old skills. Once the skills are high enough that the bonus kicks actually hit a lot of the time, then go ahead and buy ranks 2-5 of Wu's. (Ranks above 5 cost more and increase the chance of getting the third attack.)
