Dragon Punch

This skil was listed by the Bard Guildmaster in Crescent Reach. My question is why? How can this skill be obtained and if it is in fact an error by the SONY people. Cananyone help to solve this questionbecause if so. It would not be so useful to beging h2h combat but could be useful if there is a version for bard to have a kick, bash type ability as other clases do. If this is then my thoughts would be something like swing with weapon and punch with weapon increasing attacks.. Could be foolish to think this if it weren't for the skill being listed (more foolishly) to promt such a impossile question in the first place. Remember it is nto my fault I am only looking to find the reason for the Guildmaster having the skill listed.
