Ok, being a Dwarf Paladin, I'm for any and all damage mitigation, avoidance type stuff. So, Bazu Seal of Block offers "Improved Block III".

Now, I'm thinking Paladins don't get the Block skill but I also notice in EQ Rankings that a lot of classes including Paladins have a Bazu Seal of Block. Plus a listing of some of the armor that has Block III on it lists other classes than Monks & Beasts.

So, did all those classes (other than Monks and Beastlords) that auged their armor with a Bazu Seal of Dodge waste a ton of Plat for nothing? Or, do they know something I don't?

Does this skill increase parallel to a monks? I just started my beastlord a few days ago and was dissappointed that his dodge maxxed only 25 points higher than my druid. He's lvl 32 and hoping block won't drop out on him too.

Beastlord dodge is actually 50 points ahead of druid dodge before level 50 and 80 points ahead above level 50.

Beastlord block caps out at 200 above level 50. Monk block caps out at 230. This makes sense as the beastlord is a hybrid of the monk and shaman class and does not have the full potential of both classes at hand, even though it may seem like it at times : )

Go over to the Monk board and ask Keyeluke, Cannis, and a couple of others for some good info on this skill-- they should be able to help any of you out. These guys are always willing to help out us clueless folks seeking answers!
