I assume with the recent changes that now tinkerers are able to tinker from level 1 to 300 as do shamans now and int casters. They removed these restrictions a few months back in 2006

Uhh Talra, your full of it. My gnome started tinkering when he was level 1! He's level 10 now and hes making gnomish fireworks with ease.

You start out with a skill of 50 in tinkering and can start tinkering at level 1. You just can't get any skillups until you reach level 16.
