Thats a typical Sony logic, to test a FLETCHERS skill, if he needs, to create an item for his test, a MASTER TINKERER (Geerlok 215!!!) to create this item on a Lvl 140 !!!!
PERFEKT work Sony ... stupid as so many things!! I have allready 5 other trophies, and none of them needed such a strange intervention from another Skill. But I gonna save my time posting such stupidity on sonys site, as I know either they need over 1/2 an year to change it, or they just dont care (personal experience).
