Ok Although there are many uses for the cutting tools, I still dont see a real recipie on how to MAKE any of them :-( What am i missing??

Assuming this isn't an April Fool's joke, you purchase a Solo Setting Tool, then can cycle through the various Cutting and Setting Tools by combining them alone in a Jeweler's Kit. Each combination produces the next one in the chain until you get back to the first one.
