what skill do you need to make the aug? is it tinkering as well? or jewelcrafting?

i suggest looking up last blood or serpent essence which is the TSS version of the last blood. the AAAA is the container used in the final combine from these drops well AAgoldenA for serpent essences but same princple.

Its no trivial, you get the items put them all in this container and when you click combine you have yourself an aug.
