I just wanted to correct this in case others are searching through how to do this part I kept trying to hand the items to Rilwind Sinai and he kept giving them back to me I think I turned the camera angle just right so when I tried it again I gave the shell and 2 threads to Neysia and it work so then I tried the kit and he handed it back then I tried to give it to Neysia and she took it and gave me my bag so I'm guessing I did have the camera angel just right to where I gave all the items to her I also went back and read the message in the Main chat box and it did say to give it to Neysia there's a lot of confusion in many of the comments from the past just wanted to clarify this page in case someone comes across it

Reinforced Jeweler's Kit quest

Rilwind Sitnai says 'Greetings. We are busy here, and I have little time for pleasantries. I can sell you supplies, if you have need. I can even help you fix up that old Jeweler's [Kit] of yours. Or perhaps you are here to [assist] me with my work?'
You say, 'What about the kit?'
Rilwind Sitnai says 'Ah, well, we've been working on improving our ability to work with liquid precious metals. To do that, we've had to improve our kits. We've made them a bit larger, and added some reinforcements to help them resist the heat. I can make one for you, just find a turepta shell and two shimmering steel threads and hand them to me along with your Jeweler's Kit and I'll make you a new one.'
Turepta Shells are uncommon drops from various tureptas in GoD zones. Shimmering Steel Thread may be purchased elsewhere on the ship from either Garald Samer or Tonlyei Lyhin. The Jeweler's Kit is purchasable from jewelcraft merchants the world over (collapsible and planar jeweler's kits won't work). Give him the items.
Rilwind Sitnai says 'Good work! Here is your new kit.'
The reward is the Reinforced Jeweler's Kit, used in most GoD jewelcraft recipes.
