With a skill of 100 was told "You are too inexperienced in your craft to even consider consider attempting this combination". Verified proper ingredients, got the message all three times I tried it.

The high dps poisons such as Bite of the Shissar have required skill level higher than the Trivial level so you can't skill up on them cheaply.
