Just did this combine the trival is 222 not the 190 as posted

I have spent 2 days getting all the ingredents needed to combine and make Robe of Breath. The last step I needed was to go to AkAnon and see Tesil Gludien at location +1193, -721, -24 and simply ask him "I want a robe pattern".
What I discovered is that he will only give this to a Gnome of certain classes: Nec, Wiz, Mag, and Enc. and they are NO DROP.
I would have appreciated it very much if I had been told at the beginning that this was the case. I realize this sight does say Gnome but on the sight I saw the post it said all race all class. Hope this will help someone else not to waste their time or pp on trying to make Robe of Breath to advance their tailoring skills if they are not a Gnome.

Just tested this as a gnome warrior and he awarded the pattern.

Breath Etched Swatch is a research combine and the three ingreadents needed are: One Breath of Ro, which can be bought in the Bazaar at a fairly reasonable price, One Quill and One Piece of Parchment. The Quill and Parchment can be bought from Xylania Rainsparkle in Erudin City. Only certain classes can do research combine and I had a Wizurd do mine.

usually 'etched swatch' or 'scribed swatch' is made by combining words or runes in a high level spell book (obtained in Dulak harbor once your research is over 100) with a piece of parchment and a quill. This looks like it's words of breath, but that's a guess.
