I've Fished these out of PoN Just out of line of vision from the zone in/out, near the waterfalls.

Just fishing it in PoValor. Common
I baked a stack of Crawdad last night (which is 5 combines) - 4 successes at skill 207 with the Baking Geerlock, and not yet trivial.
Also, the location is listed as Plane of Justice -- I think this is a mistake! To date I've only gotten Crawdad in PoNightmare and PoValor - both while fishing for the fish to get bones for the Fisherman's Companion quest.
PS: This recipe only works in the Collapsible Spit and the New Taanan ovens.

I have fished PoN but not caught one of these buggers yet. Do I need a certain fishing skill or is there a certain area to fish for them?
Have you put 4 crawdads along with 1 butter in a spit or oven?

I can't get this recipe to combine. I've got stacks of crawdads and butter and I've tried other ratios but nothing has worked. Any ideas?

I believe that you have to use the Tannan Oven in PoK. There is one in the building by the brew barrel across from the bank. I had to use that oven to do the combine for the Storm Salmon Fillets.
