SO I absolutely need to have my Fletching at 250 to craft this knife?
Also, One of my guildies said that a person needs to have all of his tradeskills at master or above to craft a artisan's seal, I assume I either read him wrong or he was misinformed, is this true?
And one final question, how is this used? Can it be used as a whittling knife or planing tool? Does it have any other use besides summoning bags, the 5% Fletching mod, and proving that you're a GM Fletcher?

Anyone know if the seal is returned on a fail? I hate to make the seal only to find out I lose it on a fail.
The ingredients are never returned when attempting to craft a grandmaster's trophy.

is this item used in the grandmaster's carryall???
You turn this in to some NPC in bazaar and he/she will give you the bag i believe

You do not turn in your knife to get a bag. You turn in a summoned bag from your knife to get a permanent one.
