You combine them in a kiln. Will not work in pottery wheel for this human. It was trivial to me at 21 not 30 also.

I can see that ingredients for fused crystal are no drop, but is the final product "fused dragon crystal" also a no drop item?
I foraged Much of thos crystal what u use exactly to make the "Fused dragon crystal" ?

No clay, you put one of each type of dragon crystal in a KILN (not a pottery wheel) and hit combine.

I have about 20 fused dragon crystals now but can't find their use. Anyone know??

Ok Now the Question is do you have to be human to combine in potery wheel? Does it have to be combined in potery wheel in Qeynos <cultural potery wheel>?
