Leather padding is Low Quality Bear Skin and Silk Thread. Three Silk Thread make one Silk Cord, which is used for this bag. (It can also be made with the HQ Rockhopper Hide / Shade Silk Cord recipe.)

That would be High Quality Rockhopper hide and a shade silk cord for the Large Tailored Bag...

you can also use shadling silk to make shade sil thread and MQ rockhopper hides to make this recipie.
