While building spreadsheets of the various shaman potions, I noticed this anomaly. The rest of Bertoxxulous X through XVI used Bundle of Mullein. Finally getting to the combinations for Bertoxxulous, this indeed is incorrect. The correct recipe is:

1 x Bundle of Duskglow Vine
3 x Bundle of Mullein
1 x Gold Embossed Potion Vial
1 x Trillium
1 x Versluierd Fungus

The alchemy trivial of 387 is correct.
