The recipe is wrong. The Remiss Sketch is needed and not the Master Sketch.
The Master Sketch is the final result of the quest chain which does require to make
a Dreams of Drusella poison.

There are actually 2 recipes for making Dreams of Drusella, this one uses Master Sketch and the other one uses Remiss Sketch. The Dreams of Drusella item page lists both.
