Ok, here is something that is confusing me with this whole thing... the old way of making the augments was that anyone could make the augs for any race. NOW, only gnomes can make the augs for cultural armor through tinkering? Did I miss something or is this another sony goof up?

tinkering is just an alternative way of making it.. you can still make the symbols with a forge. My mith marr paladin just made a tunare symbol a couple days ago. if you look the recipe up on the game it should be in there.. my paladin already knew the recipes.
