STOP THE MADNESS!

I'm sorry, but the previous two pages just made me laugh. Reminded me of when I was in junior high and any jokes/movies/songs which included scatalogical content was extraordinarily funny.
Heheh, for that matter, it STILL is funny.

However, having just gone through post after post of this worthless junk I say the madness needs to end. Like the kid farting in the back of class, smelling his methane gets tiresome after you have taken a whiff of his refried beans for the 3rd time. After reading the umpteenth "Cory is a **** burgler" post I was ready to get back to issues relating to EQ.
So, I propose we rate these last two pages "Awful" to clean them out with the filter so we can get to the important stuff: MY posts!

Seriously though, I understand some of you might view my writings as just a wordier version of what just transpired with these 8th graders, but bear with me-- I will attempt to make you laugh with a literary version of that 3rd refried bean "sniffy snack" soon enough and you can flame me with a lame "D00d, pusbag sux!" post.

Meanwhile, we should have patience and remember how obnoxious we all were when we suffered through puberty, zits, and hormones in junior high school and realize that a 12 year old's attention span is shorter than Nick's peni$. Soon enough they will find something else far more entertaining than posting on Allakhazam.

I am probably old enough to be ya'll's parent, unfortunately.
I have a job that allows me to sit around all day waiting for something to happen and surf the 'Net till I'm needed-- and I get paid six figures to do it!

I am a lowly lvl 12 tanger and i need a bit o help with lvling up. it takes quite a long time even thought i try to power lvl my peers go much quicker. help would be appreiated.

how do i go about finding a quest? im at level 6 if i can get my corpse back from the orcs!i would like to have a real adventure other than killing everything at sight.

please help a very adicted but yet new player!

It works like this.

You hail a named NPC. (done by left clicking them, and pressing the 'H' button. Named NPCs are those NPCs who don't have their race in their name. (Orc centurion is not named. Valia swiftfire is a name.)

Many times the NPC will say nothing. Guards almost always say nothing. But frequently an NPC will reply by telling you about their problems. You can get them to tell you more about their problems by using the keyword (enclosed inside braces -> []) in a logical question. (again make sure you have left clicked the NPC before replying)

If the keyword is a noun, like [dog], you say "What dog?"

If the keyword is an action, like [help], you reply "I will help"

If the NPC says "Are you a [wood elf warrior]?" you will reply "I am a wood elf warrior"

You get the idea.

If you quiz them enough about their problem, you can find out what they want. Sometimes they'll give you an item required to participate in the quest.

Also, when you hail some NPCs YOU will just say "Hail" instead of "Hail Mr. NPC" (or whoever). You must fix this by manually typing: /say Hail Mr. NPC
As far as I can tell, this is some kind of Verant Glitch.
