next part of quest does work.
you get a seal(coin)to give to Mordin(the guy in the meat shop) he gives you a napkin and say to take it and a a tundrabear sanwitch to some guy and then come back when that is done where this guy is i don't know yet and how to make the sanwitch no clue i think tundrabear meat and bread but not sure i do alchemy not cooking

You say, 'What task?' Loremaster Borannin says 'Every year the Dain replaces the trophies in his trophy room. There is a reward given for the best new trophy obtained. I intend to win this year and I will upgrade your prayer shawl for assisting me. Fill this box with ten Kromrif heads and bring me the combined contents along with the burlap shawl. I will submit the best one for the Dains consideration. He then gives you a Preservationists Box. Fill the box with 10 Kromrif Heads and hit combine to make a box of Preserved Kromrif Heads. Then give Borannin Preserved Kromrif Heads box along with Burlap Coldain Prayer Shawl. Loremaster Borannin says 'Ahh, some fine specimens indeed, Devastation. I will have the best of these mounted at once, wish me luck in the contest! Before I forget, here is the Cloth Prayer Shawl of our people. Before long I will have yet another [chore] for you to complete. Be sure to keep checking. OK, I worked on this quest all day, didn't take logs but I think I can remember most of it.
1. Ask Loremaster Borannin in the Cleric Guild "What chore?" to get his seal.
2. Turn in Borannin's seal to Mordin, the guy who sells meat. You will get a napkin in return.
3. Make a Tundrabear Sandwich. (Tundra Kodiak Meat + Jug of Sauces in Spit/Oven = Saucy Bearmeat. Saucy Bearmeat + Bread in Mixing Bowl = Tundrabear Sandwich.)
4. Give the Sandwich and Napkin to Guard Leif, he is in front of the Paladin guild. You will get his used napkin back. (eww..)
5. Give the used napkin to Mordin, get a new napkin. =)
6. Make Snow Bunny Stew. (Bunny Meat x2 + Jug of Sauces in Mixing Bowl = Saucy Bunnymeat. Saucy Bunnymeat + Flask of Water x2 + Spices + Pot in Spit/Oven = Snow Bunny Stew.) Look for a blacksmith or potter to make the pot for you.
7. Give the Stew and Napkin to Trista Coldheart(?), she is in the back of a house somewhere in Thurgadin.. Keep looking, you'll find her! You get her used pot back.
8. Give the used pot to Mordin, get yet another napkin.
9. Make Ulthork Pie. (Ulthork Meat x2 + Vinegar + Spices in Mixing Bowl = Spicy Ulthork. Spicy Ulthork + Clump of Dough + Pie Tin in Spit/Oven = Ulthork Pie.) Look for a blacksmith or potter to make the pie tin for you. Clump of dough is made by a baker. The ingredients are, of course, Flour + Milk + Snake Egg.
10. Give the Pie and Napkin to Loremaster Brista(?) in the Cleric Guild library. She will give you her used pie tin.
11. Give the used pie tin to Mordin, get (what else?) a napkin.
12. Make Snow Griffin Souffle! (Snow Griffin Eggs x4 + Spices in Oven/Spit = Snow Griffin Souffle.)
13. Give the Souffle and Napkin to Grand Historian Thoridain in the Cleric Guild.. he's next to Borannin. No, he doesn't give you more used dishes, he gives you his seal of approval!
14. Give the seal and your shawl (the shawl you should have gotten from doing the Giant Head quest) to Borannin..
15. Get <insert reward here>!!
Well, I haven't finished it yet... =) But I suspect the reward will be the same shawl with 3 stats.. oi! I've done steps 1-11 myself, but after that I'm just going by what Mordin the NPC told me. And if anyone was wondering, everything up to this point has been trivial for a master baker at 120 skill. Hope this helps!

say what chore to bornanin and get a token, give token to mordin in mordins meats get napkin. Get tundra kodiak meat and sauces and combine in oven for saucy tundrabear meat. combine that and bread in mixing bowl for bear sandwich. give napkin and sandwich to gaurd leif and get dirty napkin. give dirty napkin to mordin get trintas napkin. combine two snow bunny meats and sauce in mixing bowl get saucy bunny meat. combine pot, saucy meat, spices, and two flasks of water in oven get snowbunny stew. I am looking for trinta to give her the stew and napkin.

Ok, I have been doing thsi quest over and over. Today after I handed in the heads and asked "What chore?" I was given a coin "Borannin's seal" I was told to give it to Mordrin. I am looking for him now! My faction with Dain is still dubious after doing the toes and heads quests over 20 times.

I started on the third quest today too, but I couldn't find Mordrin anywhere in Thurgadin. But there is a Mordin Frostcleaver in his meat shop, so I tried giving him "Borannin's seal". And he responded like this:

For those out here doing this quest. I quickly increased my skill in baking from 1 to about 31 in like 10 minutes. to do this. Buy a Spit in the thurg bank. than Go back to Mordin's place and just buy about 60 bread, and 60 bear meat. than combine them, 1 of each, in the spit over and over. this should raise your baking skill quickly.
I am medding now as I write this but so far when I put a Bread and a Non-Stackable Tundra Kodiak meat in the SPit and combine, it's give me a message that leaves me with the impression that I don't have the correct ingredients to make this sandwhich.

you need to put a jug of sauce and kodiak meat in the oven (or spit) (no idea what level this is trivial at)(please do post if you figure out).
next take that item and put in a mixing bowl with a loaf of bread. (again no idea about the trivial level).

Ok, these ingredients work, but still no Leifus. I found a gaurd named Leif, but don't want to waste a sandwich on him!

I found if you ask the guy in the bread shop what snow bunny stew he tells you how to make it and te same with the tundrabear sandwich he will tell you how to make them. I have yet to try to make the sandwich yet cant seam to find the sauce and the bowl ne help would be appreciated

Mordins meats is where you can get the recipies for The quest dishes, the mixing bowl you cant find in thurgadin, unless a potter can make you one. The sauces, spices , etc (other baking supplies besides the meat) Can be bought in the bank in thurgadin.

Obviously, patch as not solve the next [chore] part of the quest.
So either wait for another patch
or find the traitorous vermin the Grand Historian is speaking about. I was not able to find the correct keyword but maybe the third quest lies there in finding what faction of the coldains is trying to betray the Dain.

Since I was not able to find any keywords. I do believe that:
Either the next part is beginning in IceWell. You must get something from the Dain or the Chamberlain to give to the Loremaster (prolly a note or something). So you must raise faction with the Dain himself to get something else than the Giant Helmets quest
Or you must find what faction of the Coldains are the traitorous vermin and get a proof to give the Loremaster since you cant distrub the Grand Historian.

After completing the 2nd quest, Loremaster Borannin asked me about a [chore]. "I will complete the chore", I said. He handed me a seal and instructed me to give it to Mordrin for further instructions. At this point I was tired and camped. My faction is amiable with these guys.

I was soloing the giant scouts near the EW zone and got easily bored because of the med time between each one. I shouted that I would offer 10pp per head. Being that many people hunt the giants for faction, XP, or whatever, I easily got the rest of the heads I needed. 100pp will get you a full box.

they are tough for a level 40 to kill, but the heads make a great decoration

when you click combine on the head box, the result is a Box of Preserved Kromrif Heads, which is NO DROP, LORE, and NO RENT! so make sure to only combine it if you're ready to turn in the heads :)

Do not combine until you are absolutely ready to give it to the NPC. I combined the heads when I got the tenth, and was disconnected not 5 minutes later. Didn't have a chance to turn it in. Very unfortunate luck, luckily the giants lost their heads a lot.
