A task window pops up offering several different tasks. Select "Common Cents".

1. Hail Banker Ceridan 0/1 The Plane of Knowledge

Hit Alt+M tp bring up your Actions window. Click the Find button to bring up a list of NPCs that can be found within the zone. Look for 'Banker' and click on Banker Ceridan to bring up a golden path to him. Follow this path and speak to the banker.

2. Hail Vivian the True 0/1 The Plane of Knowledge

Head back to Vivian and hail her to complete the task.

Congratulations on finding the banker! You should be able to find one in most cities so you are always in touch with your money and prized possessions. Speak to Vivian for more tasks, or proceed in exploring the world on your own.
