This write up will flag you for the Blight ornament. A few notes:

This will key you for Blight. I did this on a TSS raid geared necro, and for everything but the final mini-event, it's all trivial. I used 'Unholy Howl,' and 'Corporeal Empathy' for the mini-events that require particular mechanics, but I'm sure any similar spell will do. You will need to do the request 3 times. Finally, Inquisitors cast long duration stuns and spawn a water elemental upon death. The elementals are trivial compared to other mobs. 1) 'A hollow man' spawns inside of the portal. Cast any damage spell on him, then say [Miragul's Highway] High Guard Ashfield spawns. He is immune to fear spells. Kill him. A water elemental spawns upon his death. 2) Go to Sulon McMoor and say [ready]. At this point 5 Skeleton Channelers will spawn. Put them on extended target window and have 'Corporeal Empathy' ready. 4 Paladins will spawn. Thirwen Groundblade, Tollus Gorreng, Largoni Leadheart, and Metlios Thawnttor. The Pallies will try to kill the skeletons. Your job here is to prevent any skeleton from dying. Each pally has a weakness to a particular type of spell. Fire, poison, disease, magic, etc. It seems random as to what weakness they will have. Hitting them with a spell they are weak to will cause them to go inactive for a time. However, I find it's far easier just to chain heal the skeletons. After about 3 minutes the rune activates and the mini-event is done. 3) Head over to 3.0 and say [doubt] to a silent spy, then invis and head to 3.1 At 3.1 you will find a group of mercenaries having a conversation. The key here is to say things that will discourage the mercenaries. I'm not sure what the exact triggers are, so here is a copy of my log for this bit: --- [Wed Jul 24 16:47:09 2019] A conscripted assistant says, 'I don't know how we deal with that blasted thing, it reacts to neither magic nor blade. We either destroy it, or waste more time trying to figure out how to take it with us.' [Wed Jul 24 16:47:26 2019] You say, 'leave it here' [Wed Jul 24 16:47:26 2019] A conscripted assistant says, 'Hmm... Perhaps we should just leave.' [Wed Jul 24 16:47:28 2019] A furious marshall says, 'The Erudites left no instruction on how to deal with these seals, just that they need to be destroyed.' [Wed Jul 24 16:47:37 2019] You say, 'do not destroy' [Wed Jul 24 16:47:38 2019] A furious marshall says, 'Perhaps our efforts are fruitless. Maybe it really would be best for us to leave.' [Wed Jul 24 16:47:40 2019] A conscripted assistant says, 'I question if their idea of compensation will be worth even half the trouble they've put us through for this...' [Wed Jul 24 16:47:50 2019] You say, 'give up' [Wed Jul 24 16:47:53 2019] A conscripted assistant says, 'Agreed, I've not been pleased with their payments thus far. How many more miserable battle staves do they intend to give us?' [Wed Jul 24 16:47:55 2019] A conscripted assistant says, 'Has it ever been worth it?' [Wed Jul 24 16:48:03 2019] You say, 'not worth it' [Wed Jul 24 16:48:05 2019] A conscripted assistant says, 'I suppose not. We'll inevitably make some progress if we continue though.' [Wed Jul 24 16:48:16 2019] You say, 'give up' [Wed Jul 24 16:48:19 2019] A furious marshall kicks a bit of dirt over the hot embers of the campfire. [Wed Jul 24 16:48:24 2019] A furious marshall says, 'I've had enough of this endless toil! I'll give those Erudites fourteen days to offer us valid compensation for our efforts, or we shall quit their ranks and forget doing their miserable dirty work! I intend to tell these pompous highmen exactly where they can take their 'crusade'!' [Wed Jul 24 16:48:24 2019] As the Dwarven paladin abandons his post at the seal, it begins to shine with a new and vivid light. The mercenaries' suppression of the ancient relic's power has waned! [Wed Jul 24 16:48:24 2019] The runic symbol on this wall shines brightly. There are five more to activate. --- 4) To activate this rune, simply follow the dialogue with the 'Projection of Inte' Say [him] and then [lich]. The rune is now active. 5) Another easy one. Follow the dialogue with Reivax Odrachir. [intent], [age] and [admirable] are the key words. This rune is now active. 6) At 6.0 you will find 'a conscripted ice giant'. Say [meet]. This will cause 'A fancily dressed bard' to spawn at 6.1. Say [evil] to him. At this point several sand giants will spawn. Snare the bard, then FD when the giants aggro onto you. Wait to get up until they have damaged the bard. The snare will sometimes be resisted. Each round takes off 10% of the bards health. At 40% the sand giants will despawn and Silna Songsmith will spawn at 6.2. Pet tanking works well here, but the goal is to cast 'Unholy Howl' on her. This causes her to attack the bard, knocking off 10% per round. The fear gets resisted around half the time. At 10% the event is over for you but there's a minute or so of scripts that play out. The rune is now active. 7) At 7 you will find Inquisitor Edan, Sir Ental Ackmin, and Sendra Lightforge. Say [reinforcements] to Inquisitor Edan. Once they go active, kill them all. Edan and Ackmin can both be feared, and while feared any spell does more damage. A water elemental spawns on Edans death. After the 3 npcs are dead the rune will activate. 8) I've found its difficult to target 'a sundered traveler' here, but '/target a' works well for that. Say [beza] to 'a sundered traveler' 'Inquisitor Malvol' spawns and paths to 8.1. Kill her when she goes active. She is immune to fear. You will need to kill her before she kills the traveler, and at 75 I found burning helped keep ahead of her dps. A water elemental spawns upon her death. The rune is now active. Return to 1. 9) Say [reactivate] to a 'hollow spirit'. The 'Projection of Inte' will spawn and attack. At 75 he hits like freight train. He's also regenerates a huge amount of hp, so dots will help you very little to begin with. He's immune to fear and seems to be scripted to agro you regularly and casts a long lasting stun. After a few minutes Sulon McMoor will spawn. At this point Inte will become weakened periodically. Cast any damaging spell on him. This will knock his health down. Continue this until he's dead. After a bit more scripted dialogue you will be invited to step into the portal that the hollow spirit stood in. This will port you to Erudin Palace.
