This is a seasonal quest. You can get this quest from M.C. Tinkerton in PoK next to the Great Divide stone. He is on the Find tool as well.
You say, 'Hail, M.C. Tinkerton' M.C. Tinkerton says, 'Hello, _____! You've caught me in a bit of a [bind].' You say, 'bind' M.C. Tinkerton says, 'I'm trying to get my clockwork party machine up and running but the dang thing just wont move! Its primary party motivator was stolen by the [Dark Mistletoe giants]!' You say, 'Dark Mistletoe giants' M.C. Tinkerton says, 'The Dark Mistletoe giants are a grumpy old clan that lives in the Great Divide. Their leader, Old Frostbeard, complained my party machine was keeping him up at night! Bah! The old geezer goes to bed at five thirty in the afternoon! We'd be well within our rights to [steal it back]!' You say, 'steal it back' M.C. Tinkerton says, 'Wait a minute, _____! Steal it back? That's a great idea! Why didn't I think of that? Here's what you need to do! Once you return with that motivator, we're going to party like it's 3199!' You have been assigned the task 'Frostbeard's Lesser Minions'. 1. Kill 10 Dark Mistletoe Clan Scouts 0/10 Great Divide Task Window: Venture to the Great Divide and take out 10 Dark Mistletoe Clan goblin scouts. Then give that Scout Master Hemlock a good drubbing! With those scouts out of the way, the Dark Mistletoe Clan won't see your next attack coming. The Dark Mistletoe Clan goblin scouts are located west side of wurm cave mountain. Scout Master Hemlock might be among us, if he's not then you have to wait for respawn. 2. Kill Scout Master Hemlock 0/1 Great Divide Task Window: ? Scout Master Hemlock is located at -4646, 454 West of the shardwurm caves in middle, the scouts assist each other and Master Hemlock, it is a static camp, but you can see a few sprinkled around it too, and they roam a little bit. If he's not up, kill the goblins and wait for him to spawn. 3. Return to M. C. Tinkerton with news of your success 0/1 Plane of Knowledge Hail M. C. Tinkerton to get your reward. (Dialogue?)
