Clear out some of them envoys in order to help create more chaos amongst the jann. Without these lines of communication, the shady deals will fall apart, and the factions will lay blame on one and other. Kill any envoy found in Mearatas : a flameling envoy, a gale envoy, a granite envoy, an aqua envoy. 2.
