Komawin Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Komawin Fe`Dhar' Komawin Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings to you. I seek one that has chosen the path of monkhood. What do you call yourself?' You say, 'I am a monk' Komawin Fe`Dhar says 'Good. I had hoped you were one. As seeker of the way you are in constant training to push yourself to your physical and mental limits. It is an admirable quality and I wish to aid you. I will provide you with a cap, a tunic, sleeves, bracers, gloves, leggings and boots.' You say, 'What sleeves?' Komawin Fe`Dhar says 'As the mighty stone that parts the flow of water, so shall these sleeves divert harm against you. Bring me a pair of unadorned leather sleeves and three flawed emeralds.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned leather armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

If someone could tell me where to get the leather sleeves and gems i would really apreciate it.

Is this the same as the corroded leather arms?
