I recall one of the trials mobs saying once you beat it you don't have to do it again, however..... I was hanging out here for a few days in empyr and it seems the door to go from stratos to empyr is now not allowing me through, which leads me to believe you must beat one trial per week to keep your access or beat all the trials of smoke to permanently be allowed through! Eww!
