Leave that to [Snally].' You say, 'Snally' Cave Overlord Snally says, 'Snally not stupid, Snally say YOU stupid! Snally not try to be leader of clan. That stupid!' Say control to Cave Overlord Snally. You say, 'leadership' Whip Overlord Gentza says, 'You want to be leader now? No? Then why you asking about it? It is simple. Dragons control sarnak. Sarnak control everything else. And [Dronan] controls Droga.' You say, 'Dronan' Whip Overlord Gentza says, 'He rules here. Unless that changes, you shouldn't talk about anyone else ruling the clan.' The bruisers spawn from whichever Overlord is the last one you talk to. Not just Werlgra specifically. Ensure the last one you talk to is in the room you want to fight the adds.
The goblins won't give you their lines unless you're using sneak. The keywords still work to update the task. Here is their text for lore purposes.

The goblin bruisers pause for a few seconds before attacking. Don't wipe on the goblin bruisers and leave them unattended for too long, or they'll despawn after a few minutes and you'll have to start the task over.
