In doing this achievement. I used the information on your website. Some of it limited. Old posting talk more of what dropped and how many peeps were needed to take down the mob. Which, at that time was important.

3 mob spawn outside of fort. Near the NE corner. Of the 3, spawn was furthest from the fort wall.

In the village, big house with 4 boars. PH is always on the bed.

Dominator Zrabix loc -350, 2829
NW corner of the village. Of the 3 luggald spawn it was the west mob.

In castle, big room to the right of first room from main doors. SE corner.

In tunnel on left just before Crypt of Nadox zone out.

In the castle, in throne room, on the throne.

In round building with Kalii Brokenskull spawn. a Luggald PH.

Sea Captain Azobus loc -1217, -933
Inside the broken ship in the SE corner of beach area.

Soothsayer Hunter Doxok roamer in fort.

Treasure Hunter Eranil loc -433, -825
His PH's are a cast out survivor, a Broken Skull scorpion, a Broken Skull mosquito, a Broken Skull nifilik.
You will find by killing these they respawn as different ph. My loc for TH Eranil was one possible.
Did not get it to respawn to confirm that it was only spawn site.
