Remove "a Lumbering Beast" and replace with "an Ungainly Beast". Can confirm it spawns at /way 5162, 316.

I got "A Lumbering Beast" just now. When I did a con it showed "A rare creature" it was in the tunnel past Aerin'Dar +5162, +316. It wasn't up after the boss kill. I had to clear the tunnel a few times.

Yeah if you stick around in the tunnel past Aerin`Dar, the lumbering beasts down there respawn at the normal rate. The "A Lumbering Beast" that counts for the achievement drops cash, while the other ones don't. No idea why they made a rare mob with the same name as trash mobs that doesn't even drop any loot.
