Ok i just did this MQ wiht a friend in guild and my 26 Necro I got the Bracer with warmly faction and the Reclaim Energy clicky did work. Now im gonna try the pants and I'm sure they'll work ill clarify if that works but dont worry about ally faction warmly or kindly not sure on that one yet either happy trails.

Ok sitll Can't seem to get Zorik to talk to me past the part where she asks if I a Necro. If is say boots, robe etc she says I haven't proved myself yet. My faction is amiable with Zorik - what do I do next? Thanks in advance for the help.

Keal in the arena area is where the Thurg armor pieces drop the Kael armor drops in Temple of Veeshan (sp) not testing areas and the Skyshine armor drops in the Temple of veeshan Testing areas, gems are droped all over Velios it seems in higher lvl zones like Veks Lab Cobalt scar siren grotto etc..

I just looted the wristguards in Keal Arena and have the gems from soloing in Cobalt Scar through the 40's. Not that it matters but just where I found them.

PLEASE , it was such a pain to get the enchanted silves wrist slot, but where do the crushed onyx sapphires come from????????.... i know that the chipped onyxes come from Cobalt Scar but i have never seen a crushed onyx sapphire

Where can you find the torn and ancient silk for these quests and the Kael Giant quests?

Almost all mobs that are veterains or higher will have a possibility of dropping the armor pieces for the quests. Believe it or not but we took out many of these mobs with a 60 mage with his epic pet, a 49 cleric, 52 cleric, a 53 necromancer, a 51 druid, and a 58 enchanter. The mobs that dropped the armor pieces were red to me all 3 times they dropped a piece and I was 53. Just putting my two cp in on that to maybe help a few people get a direction. The mobs in here do indeed summon and go on rampages. A few of the higher mobs even go on Enrage mode but not too terribly many do until you get to the protectors of zek and such in that area.
No one seems dead certain, but it's believed to drop from level 55+ mobs in Velious. I have quite a few quest gems, but no torn/ancient silk...

A friend told me she has gotten Torn enchanted silk DEEP inside kael.
it was hard to get.

It's crushed onyx sapphires. I have 3 already, just need some torn silk now...
