This achievement is gained upon defeating the following rare monsters in Vex Thal:

18 clears and still missing 2 "Set" named. Have cleared the full zone each time and same 2 still no spawn. 110 ranger tracking full zone and no joy.
You don't need to clear the entire zone for the Set mobs - only the halls and rooms that are directly north of the entry hall (all around the Thall Va Xakra that spawns there). The respawn timer in this area is 74 minutes. "Set" mobs will not spawn anywhere else.
The "Set" nameds spawn in the halls and rooms north of the entry hallway (the area with the northern Thall Va Xakra).
The "Det" nameds spawn in the halls and rooms south of the entry hallway (the area with the southern Thall Va Xakra).
The "Kel" nameds spawn mostly in the deeper parts of the zone, but can also spawn in the first room from either north or south of the entry hallway.
Their spawn points are specific (but shared with other Set/Det/Kel nameds), but I don't have the locations. There are many spawn points, though, so if you just keep killing in these areas, you will eventually get them all.
