Torn enchanted silk sleeves drop in Kael. You need kindly or better to do quest. The sleeves that drop in ToV are different.

Ok sitll Can't seem to get Zorik to talk to me past the part where she asks if I a Necro. If is say boots, robe etc she says I haven't proved myself yet. My faction is amiable with Zorik - what do I do next? Thanks in advance for the help.

raise your faction more, If I am not mistaken, amiable is not high enough.
I know the faction required for this quest is below ally, but, if it were me, I would go ahead and get ally anyway.

All armor for Thurgandin quest, Warlocks in this case, is dropped in Kael. These arms are no exception.
