Back in ChardokB doing this hunter for the second time because I'm a glutton for punishment.
The Sarnak named have many potential spawn locations that for the most part start inside of the buildings in and around Korucust. Basically if it looks like a regular room with walls, floors, and doors there's a good chance a Sarnak Named can spawn in it. They also seem to have a decent chance to spawn from the trap triggers that are scattered in those same rooms.
The Chokidai named follow basically the same pattern as the Sarnak, chance to pop from a few static locations but for the most part I find they are much more common from triggering the traps scattered throughout "caverns" sections of ChardokB with certain named Chokidai seeming to spawn more often in some areas.
The 3 named ghosts, Krizznot, Brodisek, and Valinion come from the 2 different sarnak resurrectionist room. Ghost trash/Named will spawn in these rooms then proceed to roam throughout ChardokB so I suggest sitting right in the spawn room(s) to avoid having to run around hunting all the potential PHs. I believe 2 named come from the south resurrectionist (Brodisek/Valinion) and 1 from the north (Krizznot) but my memory is a little fuzzy there.
