 This quest is just a hand in of the Qeynosian Scalp Trophy which is the reward for doing the 18th anniversary mission Fippy's Further Revenge.

  • Find a gnoll commander in Blackburrow.

    Once you find a gnoll commander, right click the Qeynosian Scalp Trophy on yourself. It will give you a buff called Qeynosian Blood that gives you a faction modifier that makes you Ally to Clan Darkpaw.

  • Give the Qeynosian Scalp Trophy to a gnoll commander.
