Say willing to fight to Kerath Punox in Sul Vius: Demiplane of Life to trigger the raid.
Clear trash to clear to the boss (Akkapan Adan) Akkapan Adan uses Pulsing Fumes which is a 69k Corruption DOT. (25 counters) However it is also, easily removed by stepping 50 feet away from your current location. His HP locks at 2% if any adds are still up. Akkapan Adan spawns adds at 88% (1 add), 76% (3 adds), 64% (5 adds), 52% (5 adds), 40% (7 adds), 28% (7 adds), 16% (11 adds), and 4% (11 adds). He also casts Death Strike every 35 seconds. When targeted, you have 10 seconds to move away from the rest of the raid or you get a targeted 92k AE blast. Curse cure this before returning to the raid. Every so often he spawns an untargetable totem. So long as you are in range of the totem you will be under the effect of a 77k DOT. Give these totems a wide berth. Tanking him is best if you move away both when totems spawn and adds spawn. The adds summon and can wreck positioning. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
